Finance Manger - Spanish speaking
As Finance Manager responsible for Spain and Portugal, you will play a key role in our international finance setup with full financial responsibility for the Spanish and Portuguese entities.
Since launching in 2013, NORMAL has grown rapidly, opening 1000 stores and building a strong presence across 11 markets – with more to come. To support our continued growth, we are now looking for a Finance Manager dedicated to the Spanish market and Portuguese market.
The role
As Finance Manager responsible for Spain and Portugal, you will play a key role in our international finance setup with full financial responsibility for the Spanish and Portuguese entities. You will act as a close sparring partner to the Country Managers and key stakeholders and be the go-to person for all finance-related matters in the markets.
Your main responsibilities:
You will have end-to-end responsibility for finance in Spaina and Portugal, including:
Preparation of monthly financial statements and annual reports
VAT reconciliation and reporting, as well as other local statutory filings
Ongoing controlling and performance follow-up
Participation in budgets, forecasts, and financial estimates
Dialogue with local auditors, advisors, and authorities
Ad hoc tasks

Have hands-on experience from a finance department or an audit firm
Have worked with monthly reporting and annual accounts
Have strong IT skills and an interest in financial systems
Are fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken (Mandatory)

Work location: On site in Skanderborg, so we expect you to live within an hour’s drive from Skanderborg – No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
